The Wedding Pass is: it costs €149.99, lasts 18 months and does not renew automatically. If you prefer flexibility, the €9.99/month Flexible plan renews monthly until you cancel it.

Both plans include the complete planner: wedding website with RSVP, guest list, seating plan, checklist, budget, vendors, transport, QR stationery and gift management. A paid plan includes 3 GB for the album; additional storage packs and six-month extensions are sold separately.

Your personal link lets you choose one option: 50% off the first Flexible month or €20.00 off the Wedding Pass. The offer is single use and the email shows when it expires.

Yes. Cancel through Stripe’s secure portal and keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. There will be no further charges, and your account becomes read-only without deleting your data.

Absolutely! We have an interactive demo with real data that you can explore without creating an account or giving us your email. Take your time and play around.

Yes. As a consumer in the European Union you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase — just email us at [email protected]. Note that, by law, this right is used up for the digital content you have already actively used (for example, once you publish your wedding website) and applies proportionally to the unused part. You'll find all the details in our Terms.

There is no limit on guests, tables or vendors in the planner. The album has a storage allowance shown in your account, which you can expand with additional packs.

None at all. weddings.help is built for couples, not techies: everything is visual and intuitive, with no code or design skills needed. If you can use a phone, you can use weddings.help. And you can always start with the demo to see for yourself.

Not at all. They receive a link to your website that works in any mobile browser. No boring downloads or sign-ups. They tap the link, confirm their attendance and that's it.

Your website will be published quickly and securely under our domain, and you choose the name. For example, your link could be example.weddings.help.

Each wedding is managed from a single account. Couples usually share the same login (or give it to whoever helps them, such as a relative or wedding planner) and work on the same wedding without paying extra.

Yes. weddings.help works for weddings anywhere: the platform is available in Spanish and English, your guests can RSVP from any country and your wedding website works worldwide. We also have wedding destination guides for Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UK and Mexico.

Yes! The entire platform is mobile-friendly. However, for the Seating Plan tool we recommend using a computer or large tablet — when you have many family members and dozens of tables, a mouse makes organising everything much more comfortable.

The planner stays active for the term of your plan. If your plan covered the wedding date, an already-published website enters read-only Memories Mode for six months, with all forms closed. Album uploads remain open until six months after the wedding —or purchase, if later—, viewing and downloads remain available until month twelve, followed by a final 30-day download-only grace period. Files are then deleted; you can delete your information earlier from your account.
