Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn per sale?▾
30% of the eligible amount of attributed purchases, after discounts. For example, a €100 eligible amount generates €30 commission. Your exact commission appears in PromoteKit.
Is it a recurring commission?▾
The campaign provides lifetime commissions for referred customers: a one-time purchase generates one commission, while eligible recurring payments generate further commissions.
When and how do I get paid?▾
The minimum is €50 in eligible commissions. Under NET-15, one month’s commissions enter the payout cycle on the 15th of the following month. Payments are managed through PayPal and require processing.
Is there a payout minimum?▾
Yes, €50 accumulated. There's no maximum: the more you sell, the more you earn.
How is a sale attributed to me?▾
Share the unique link provided by PromoteKit. Link tracking requires marketing consent. Your affiliate code is entered at Stripe checkout and provides €20 off the Wedding Pass.
Do I need a website or a big following?▾
No website needed. Any channel with a wedding-interested audience works: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a group, a newsletter, or your client base if you're a wedding planner or vendor.
Can I be an affiliate from outside Spain?▾
Yes. You can register from other countries; check that you can receive payments through the method available in the portal.
Do I need to invoice? What about taxes?▾
Each affiliate is responsible for declaring income and providing any applicable tax documentation or invoice. Contact [email protected] to arrange that documentation.
Which plans generate commission?▾
Eligible purchases and payments attributed by PromoteKit to the Weddings Help campaign. The €20 discount code is intended for the Wedding Pass, not the monthly plan.
Where do I register and view my commissions?▾
At weddingshelp.promotekit.com. Create your account and access your link, code, referrals, commissions and payouts there. Existing members of the previous program can still access their old dashboard to view outstanding balances.
