Do my guests need an app?+
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and upload from the browser. Nothing to install.
Who can see the photos?+
Only you, until you approve each one. Approved ones appear on your site if you enable the gallery.
What if I run out of space?+
You can move to a larger tier. Buying a smaller pack never reduces storage you already have.
How long are they kept?+
When your plan covers the wedding, the QR accepts uploads for 6 months and gallery and download access remain available for 12 months. You then get a final 30-day download-only period. Purchases made after the wedding start on the purchase date.
Can I keep it for longer?+
Yes. One-time extensions add 6 months to the current upload, gallery and retention dates, with no auto-renewal.
