All content of this website — including but not limited to texts, images, sound, video, software, trademarks, logos, layout, colour combinations and source code — is owned by HERA TECH VENTURES SL or its licensors. Pursuant to articles 8 and 32.1 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, any commercial reproduction, distribution or public communication of all or part of the contents is expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Content uploaded by the user (couple) — wedding photos, guest list, custom texts — remains the property of the user, who grants Weddings.help a non-exclusive licence solely to host, display and process such content for the purpose of delivering the contracted service.
Weddings.help shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for damages arising from: (a) errors, omissions or unavailability of the service; (b) malicious code introduced by third parties despite the security measures in place; (c) misuse of the platform by users; (d) the conduct of guests submitting RSVP forms. Weddings.help guarantees reasonable best efforts for availability and security, but the service is provided "as is".
This portal may contain links to external websites. Weddings.help does not control such sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, policies or services.
Weddings.help reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least thirty (30) days' notice via email or in-app notice.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the portal shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules entitle the user to bring the action before their own forum.
