Use this function for physical goods that retain the statutory withdrawal right. It is available in addition to emailing [email protected].
The ordinary 14-day right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items containing the names, date or individual wording you approved. It does apply to a standard item that is neither individually specified nor clearly personalised. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items follow the conformity procedure and can always be reported to us.
