ALL CLEAR BEFORE YOU ORDER
A few good questions.
Want to know when it becomes available?
[email protected] ↗Can we combine options and keep the group discount?
Yes. Add the available variants separately. As long as the product, design and ink colour match, the bag counts every piece together and applies the quantity discount automatically.
What can I personalise?
The fields and ink colours shown above. The main slogan of an original design stays the same.
Will it arrive in time?
Production and shipping take time because every item is made to order. Order ahead and contact us with your date; this page cannot promise a delivery day.
How much is shipping?
It is calculated for your destination at checkout and is free from €79 in products after discounts for eligible destinations.
What if there is a problem?
Email [email protected] with the order number and photos if an item is faulty or incorrect. Personalised goods have specific cancellation and return terms.
